just in case you're not happy with an item, we've made returns and exchanges
easy!
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item (not including
clearance items) for an exchange or refund within 45 days as long as the
item is in new condition. Please follow the simple instructions below to
make your return easy and hassle-free. Special order items are excluded
(noted on individual items page), see section below for more information.
Defective / Broken Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 15 days of delivery
if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable
you will be refunded the item cost.
How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Not satisfied with an item? We want to make the return process as easy
as possible! To get an exchange or refund, just go to the
Contact Us form and fill it out noting your invoice number and
the problem you've experienced. We will reply promptly to schedule your
return or exchange! Items shipped with free shipping that are returned may
be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are
nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. If your item was a
gift see the section below.
Special Order / Personalized Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 15 days of
delivery. However, items marked special order on the product page or
personalized items that have monogramming or any other form of personalizing
such as engraving letters or names are non-returnable. Please double check
your engraving or personalization text before submitting your order, it will
be printed exactly as you submit it.
Items Shipped with Free Shipping Promotion
Items shipped with free shipping that are returned may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. If you received free shipping, a charge to cover our original shipping, handling, and packing materials will be deducted from your total refund price.
Bliss Medals
14K Gold medals are not returnable unless there is a defect in the medal. This is the policy of Bliss Manufacturing, so we must honor it. Likewise, engravable medals are not returnable unless Bliss makes a mistake in the engraving. Please be assured, all of our Bliss medals have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Gift Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item that was sent to you as a
gift, no problem! Just email us using the
Contact Us form with your invoice # off the packing slip and the
name of the person who sent it to you. We will reply promptly to schedule
your return or exchange. Store credit or a check will be issued for gift
items returned.
Sale or
Clearance Items
Sale items that are being discontinued or that we are no longer carrying
on our web site are not eligible for returns. If we are running a special on
regularly stocked items, then the above return policy would apply.
