How to find items
We have made it simple to find what you are looking for. The Navigation Categories are on every page of our site. Click on each category to expand the menu and see the subcategories. You can also click on Gift Ideas and the options of  Shop by Theme or Shop by Category will appear. In addition, the Search Our Site option appears on the top of every page of our site. You can type in whatever you are searching for and click the magnifying glass and a list of products will come up.

What happens once an order is placed
Once your order is placed your credit card will be charged and your order will immediately will go into our order system. It will then go into a "Processing" status signifying that your order has been sent to our warehouse, where it will be packaged, and shipped. Most orders take 2-3 business days to ship out. After your order ships, you will then receive an email confirming the shipment with tracking information. Some items that ship directly from the manufacturer or on backorder may take a little longer (see the item's page specific for ship time details). If this is the case, we will keep you updated on the progress of the specific item you are waiting on. If you ordered a backordered item we will ship it out ASAP as soon as it comes back in stock.

Can we engrave or personalize items
Yes, we carry hundreds of beautiful medals that can be custom engraved. We also carry many other items that can be engraved or personalized. However due to the large number of items we carry from many different manufacturers we are not able to engrave or personalize all items. Please see the specific item's page to see if we offer engraving on it. If we do, a box to enter the engraving will be just above the add to cart button and it will be noted that we provide engraving or personalization for the item in the description. If you find a specific medal you like that does not offer engraving, it may be too small to allow for engraving or there may be an image on the backside already. Many times, there is an identical medal in a larger size that can be engraved. If you are unsure, please ask us. Please note, even if we do not offer engraving on the particular item you are interested in, many of our items can be easily engraved by your local trophy shop / engraver after purchase.

Warranty questions on Bliss medals
We have opted to carry a large line of Bliss Medals due to their high quality, beauty, and lifetime warranty. Bliss Manufacturing, a more than 100-year-old, family-owned company, makes all of its jewelry in the U.S.A. We are adding new designs daily, especially Patron Saint medals. We currently offer more than 450 different Patron Saint medals that are made by Bliss Mfg. The Bliss medals are die-struck, the same way the U.S. Mint makes coins, which produces rich detail. Each Bliss medal carries a Lifetime Warranty. If for whatever reason a Bliss medal shall become tarnished, Bliss will either re-finish or replace the medal free of charge. Can we gift wrap items
Yes, we are happy to gift wrap individual items or your whole order. We do charge a fee for this service to cover our wrapping paper and our labor costs. Please note, we offer a free gift message service. If your order is being sent to someone as a gift, you can type in a special message at no charge during checkout. We do not enclose pricing with our orders, so no worries. Your gift recipent will only receive a packing slip with your message on it.

Do we sell wholesale
We are sorry, but at this time we do not sell items at wholesale prices. We are strictly a retail store. If you are ordering in bulk for a school, church, or a special occasion, we might be able to give you some sort of discount. Do we give away free scapulars and rosaries
We would love nothing more than to give away free scapulars and rosaries. However, this is not possible for us to do. We are a family owned business and don't have the funding to give away free items. When we are able, we contribute and also donate time to Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Enid, OK. Are the items you sell already blessed by a Catholic Priest
No, we are unable to sell blessed items. If we were to sell a blessed item such as a rosary, it would actually lose it's blessing. This is a mandate by the Catholic Church. After you receive your order, you can take your items to your local Priest to be blessed.

Occasionally we have a customer who is unable to get to a Priest because of a disability or location problem. After the purchase has been made, we are happy to help out by taking the already paid for items to our local Priest for the blessing. Please understand that this will add an additional week to the time that you receive your order and we only do this in special circumstances.

Sending a gift and gift message questions
We are happy to offer a free gift message service. If your order is being sent to someone as a gift, you can type in a special message at no charge during checkout. We do not enclose pricing with our orders, so no worries. Your gift recipent will only receive a packing slip with your message on it.

Express Mail and Priority Mail orders are automatically moved to the top of the order queue. We try to get all Express Mail orders shipped out by the next business day.

Can we rush orders
Most items are shipped promptly within two business days via your chosen shipping method, but some items take longer as noted on the items page. Since these items with longer ship times are personalized or special order items they cannot be shipped faster. You may however choose a faster shipping method to get your items quicker. If you choose Priority Mail or Express Mail, your order will automatically be moved to the top of the shipping queue.  Please note: Items purchased using a faster shipping method will also ship via a faster shipping carrier, so they will arrive more quickly after shipment. If you need your order by a specific date, please put that information in the comments section during checkout. We will do everything we can to get your order out to you in a timely manner.

Broken items
Unfortunately not all people are as careful with packages as we would like. We do our best to package our items well, but they sometimes get broken during shipping. However we do want to help you with your broken item and we will be happy to replace it for free in most cases. You just need to report the damage to us within 15 days of arrival.
